Lawrence Jackson, Chairman of the Board

Lawrence Jackson has had top leadership roles in some of the largest blue chip companies in the world. His leadership experience spans manufacturing, procurement, sales, retail, sustainability, and human resources on a truly global basis.  Lawrence currently serves as Chairman of the Board for SourceMark, and simultaneously serves as a Senior Advisor to New Mountain Capital, a New York based private equity firm. He is an active investor with the Heritage Group in Nashville, which focuses on early stage healthcare companies. Lawrence has served as Senior Vice President of Safeway, President and Chief Operating Officer for Dollar General Corp., and President and Chief Executive Officer for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. He also served as Chief Operating Office and Vice President of worldwide operations for PepsiCo Food Systems.

He presently serves on the board of directors of Assurant, Inc. Snyder’s – Lance, Inc, and NMC portfolio companies – JDA, IRI, ABB Optical, Western Dental and Valet Waste Holdings. In addition, Lawrence serves on the Board of Trustees of the Morehouse School of Medicine.

Richard Manson, President and Chief Executive Officer

Richard Manson is SourceMark’s President and Chief Executive Officer.  He is an attorney whose distinguished legal career spans over 30 years managing a private law practice.  This practice focused on multi-business collaborations and extensive work nationally and internationally with media conglomerates representing high-profile clients.  Richard is also a successful publisher and author, and a university professor.

Richard’s board affiliations include the Tri-State Minority Supplier Development Council (TSMSDC), TSMSDC Education Foundation, Citizens Savings Bank & Trust Company, Healthcare Supplier Diversity Alliance, and the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association.

Stephen Wong, Vice President of Operations and Product Development

Stephen Wong is a Vanderbilt Owen School of Business graduate and a veteran who served six years in the United States Army.  He has been introducing new products to SourceMark for over 10 years.  Stephen is instrumental to product development and a strategic part of the leadership team.  He has launched multiple projects, resulting in positive returns through both independent and joint partnerships.

Kim Mathis, Vice President 

Kim Mathis has over 30 years of experience in data communications, new product implementation, healthcare sales and contract negotiation. Apart from being responsible for sales and marketing under all SourceMark divisions, she leads strategic projects to create business-to-business applications and develops assessment tools for key performance indicators.

Michelle Anderson, Chief Financial Officer

Michelle Anderson’s serves as the Chief Financial Officer for SourceMark, LLC as part of her role with Heritage Group, where she manages the firm’s private equity holdings. Previously, Michelle spent six years managing healthcare services with regional CPA firms, Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain, PC and HORNE LLP. While with these firms, she performed and implemented financial, operational and compliance assessments for physician practices and outpatient services. Additionally, Michelle spent three years serving as Chief Financial Officer for Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance, one of the country’s largest orthopedic surgery groups. During that time, the practice grew from twenty to forty physicians through strategic mergers and joined OrthoLink, a physician practice management company.

Michelle has a B.B.A. in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She resides in Brentwood, TN with her husband and two children.
