Job Description:
Position Overview

Suppose you enjoy managing moving parts, building relationships, and seeing projects through from start to finish. In that case, this is a high-impact opportunity where your work will be directly visible across the organization.
What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication plans using Airtable and other PM tools.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, supply chain, quality, regulatory, operations) to align on requirements and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation providing clear updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues promptly.
• Travel as needed to key customer sites for project kick-offs, training, and go-live support.
• Track and report on project performance, proactively addressing risks and removing barriers to success.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed success metrics: on-time launches, minimal disruption to customers, and positive feedback from clients and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, ideally in product launches, customer implementations, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with standard PM tools (experience with Airtable is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for major project milestones.
