Lawrence Jackson

Lawrence V. Jackson has held top leadership roles in some of the largest blue-chip companies in the world. His leadership experience spans manufacturing, procurement, retail, sustainability, and human resources on a truly global basis.
Lawrence is Chairman of SourceMark Medical and serves as a Senior Advisor to New Mountain Capital, a New York based private equity firm. Previously Lawrence held senior executive leadership roles at Walmart Inc., Dollar General, Safeway, and PepsiCo.
Lawrence began his career as a corporate banker at Bank of Boston in 1975 before joining McKinsey & Company as a consultant in 1979. He has previously served as a director of Parsons, ProLogis, Radio Shack, and Allied Waste Inc. (now Republic Industries) and currently serves on the board of directors of Assurant Inc. (AIZ) and on the board of Morehouse School of Medicine.
Lawrence holds both his bachelor’s degree in Economics and MBA from Harvard University. A native of Washington, DC, he resides in Nashville, Tennessee and has three adult children.

Dan Blucher is SourceMark Medical’s Chief Executive Officer. As a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience that spans over 30 years of providing strategic vision and leadership across various sectors in the healthcare industry, including medical device, software, group purchasing, and med/surg distribution organizations, Dan brings a unique and comprehensive perspective on the intricate workings of the industry to the company.
Dan joined SourceMark Medical in 2017, after which he was appointed Chief Executive Officer in February 2020. Under Dan’s leadership, SourceMark Medical has grown to one of the largest Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) in healthcare and continues to set the standard for medical suppliers by balancing high growth with superior service levels. Aligned with SourceMark’s corporate mission to innovate the clinical experience, Dan initiated adding new, innovative products to the organization’s portfolio, expanding their GPO/IDN contract footprint with the development of unique master supplier agreements. He has also spearheaded investments in advanced technology and organizational structure that have expanded SourceMark’s capabilities to better support their clients and partners.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in management and marketing from the University of South Carolina. In 2010, he co-founded The Veterinary Club, one of the country’s first group purchasing organizations focused exclusively on providing contracting support for veterinary clinics. Dan resides in Brentwood, Tennessee with his wife and three children.

Attorney Richard Manson is the President of SourceMark Medical. He brings a wealth of experience with exacting strengths in creative strategy, organizational development, team building, and systems evaluation, focusing on growth, profitability, and success.
Richard has extensive knowledge of markets and cultures throughout North America, Asia, and Africa. His legal career spans over 40 years, managing a private law practice that includes multi-business collaborations and extensive work regionally, nationally, and internationally with media conglomerates representing high-profile clients. In addition to his executive career, he serves on several advisory and executive boards and was recently appointed the Chairman of the Board of Citizens Savings Bank & Trust Co.
Over the past 25 years, he has established himself as a thoughtful leader in economic development, diversity, and inclusion, emphasizing innovation, infrastructure development, vision, and strategic direction. He is an author, publisher, university professor, and sought-after speaker and has appeared in workshops at The Owens & Minor Healthcare Annual Symposium in Virginia and the TriState Minority Supplier Development Council (TSMSDC) in Tennessee, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fisk University and received the Thomas J. Watson Fellow to study on a world scale. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the Vanderbilt University Law School and is a graduate of executive management programs from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
Michelle Gregson serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for SourceMark Medical as part of her role with Heritage Group, where she manages the firm’s private equity holdings.
Prior to joining Heritage Group, Michelle spent six years managing healthcare services with regional CPA firms, Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain PC, and HORNE LLP. While with these firms, she performed and implemented financial, operational, and compliance assessments for physician practices and outpatient services. Additionally, Michelle spent three years serving as Chief Financial Officer for Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance, one of the country’s largest orthopaedic surgery groups. During that time, the practice grew from twenty to forty physicians through strategic mergers and joined OrthoLink, a physician practice management company.
Michelle has a B.B.A. in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She resides in Brentwood, Tennessee with her husband and two children.
