Dan Blucher is the Chief Executive Officer of SourceMark Medical. With a career spanning over 30 years in the healthcare industry, including roles in medical device, software, group purchasing, and medical and surgical distribution organizations, Dan is a visionary leader with a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape.
Dan’s strategic vision promotes organizational growth while navigating the complex healthcare ecosystem. His expertise includes strategic planning, business development, operational leadership, and technology integration. His accomplishments include expanding market presence, developing innovative solutions, and fostering strong partnerships across the industry.
Since joining SourceMark Medical in 2017 and becoming CEO in February 2020, Dan has led the company to become one of the largest Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) in healthcare. Under his leadership, SourceMark Medical has experienced significant growth while maintaining superior service levels. Dan has spearheaded initiatives to expand the company’s product portfolio, broaden its GPO/IDN contract footprint, and invests in advanced technology to enhance organizational capabilities.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina. In 2010, he co-founded The Veterinary Club, one of the country’s first group purchasing organizations focused on veterinary clinics. Dan resides in Brentwood, Tennessee with his wife and three children.

Richard Manson is President of SourceMark Medical. With a career spanning over 40 years in law and business, Richard is a multifaceted leader with expertise in creative strategy, organizational development, and international business operations, as well as an accomplished attorney.
Richard’s expertise includes legal practice management, multi-business collaborations, and high-profile client representation in media and entertainment. His innovative approaches to team building and systems evaluation have led to growth, profitability, and success throughout his career.
In his current role, Richard leads SourceMark Medical’s strategic initiatives and operational excellence. He also serves on several advisory and executive boards, including his post as Chairman of the Board of Citizens Savings Bank & Trust Co.
Richard brings a wealth of experience to SourceMark Medical. As an author, publisher, university professor, and sought-after speaker, he regularly contributes his insights at industry symposiums and council meetings. He’s also an expert at navigating diverse markets and cultures across North America, Asia, and Africa. This great asset combined with his thought leadership in economic development, diversity, and inclusion, which highlights innovation and infrastructure development.
Richard earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fisk University, where he was awarded the Thomas J. Watson Fellowship. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School, and completed executive management programs at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

VP of Finance
Susan Thomas is the Vice President of Finance for SourceMark Medical. She is responsible for the daily operations at SourceMark and a member of the Leadership Team. Susan brings over 25 years of experience directing finance and accounting teams for organizations to create collaborative and responsive environments.
Susan is driven by a commitment to customers to ensure we are providing quality, innovative products for patient use while navigating financial decisions for the company. “Working with the SourceMark team we’ve been successful at driving efficiencies, building trust, and supporting growth,” she says.
Susan primarily worked within the Entertainment and Publishing Industry prior to joining SourceMark in early 2019, where she has developed a deeper understanding of the healthcare industry. Susan provides direction and oversight to the accounting, finance, customer service and human resource departments.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Management from David Lipscomb University. Susan currently resides outside of Nashville.

Claire Wyant is the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at SourceMark Medical. With a career spanning consulting roles at Accenture and North Highland and leadership positions at Amgen, Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, and Axiom Medical, Claire has established herself as a dynamic leader in the healthcare industry.
Claire excels in driving strategic initiatives, expanding revenue streams, and aligning products with market demands. She is adept at steering products through their lifecycle using Agile methodologies, building and leading high-performing teams, and implementing efficient workflows. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, brand management, marketing, and project management, supported by a robust foundation in digital marketing and analytics.
In her recent roles, Claire has directed product lifecycles and launched innovative solutions, leading to significant revenue growth. She has successfully managed digital marketing campaigns, developed thought-leader relationships, and directed pre-deployment planning for large-scale initiatives.
Recognized for her strategic brand planning and global lifecycle management, Claire brings a wealth of experience and a results-driven mindset to her role at SourceMark Medical. Claire Wyant’s strategic vision and leadership ensure the success and alignment of SourceMark Medical’s product and marketing efforts with the evolving market landscape.
Claire earned her Bachelor of Science degree in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Claire resides in Murfreesboro, Tennessee with her husband and three children.

As the Vice President of Sales at SourceMark Medical, Kelly Murray brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and healthcare sales leadership to the organization. With his background in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Buffalo, Kelly combines deep healthcare knowledge with extensive commercial experience to drive value creation across the organization.
Kelly’s leadership approach is firmly rooted in the principles of Servant Leadership, focusing first on building strong relationships with clients, team members, and communities. His strategic vision emphasizes value creation and innovation delivery, while fostering confidence among stakeholders through demonstrated expertise and reliable service.
In his role at SourceMark Medical, Kelly develops and leads strategic initiatives focused on top-line growth, market share expansion, and revenue goal achievement. He implemented a disciplined, analytics-driven sales process while managing a comprehensive sales organization including Regional Vice Presidents, Directors of Sales, and both direct and indirect Sales Representatives.
Prior to joining SourceMark, Kelly held key leadership positions at prominent healthcare technology and medical device companies, including Vice President of Sales and Director of National Accounts at Censis Technologies Inc. and National Sales Manager at CareFusion. Throughout his career, Kelly has consistently demonstrated the ability to build and develop high-performing sales teams while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and market dynamics.
Under Kelly’s leadership, the SourceMark sales team continues to drive innovation and deliver exceptional value to clients daily. His commitment to serving first has been instrumental in building lasting relationships and instilling confidence in SourceMark’s solutions across the healthcare sector.
